Selina Thomas began her career in the property industry in 2004 and, after gaining extensive experience across residential lettings and property management, went on to manage a successful independent letting agency in Cheltenham for four years. In 2012, she founded Selina’s Lettings with a vision of delivering a more personal, proactive and professional service to landlords and tenants across Gloucestershire.
With a passion for property and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, Selina set out to create a business that offered landlords and tenants a more personal, proactive and professional experience.
In 2019, Selina’s brother, Daniel Thomas, joined the business after building an impressive career in residential sales, including heading a highly successful estate agency for one of the UK’s leading corporate property companies. His expertise enabled the business to expand into residential sales, creating the complete property service our clients enjoy today.
The business was rebranded as Thomas & Thomas property, reflecting our vision of bringing together sales, lettings, property management and mortgage services under one trusted family brand.
Since then, we’ve continued to grow year after year, expanding our team with talented and experienced professionals who share our values and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We’re proud to have opened our second office in Hucclecote, allowing us to support even more clients across Gloucestershire while maintaining the personal service we’re known for.
Today, Thomas & Thomas Property is recognised as one of Gloucestershire’s trusted independent estate and letting agencies. While we’ve grown significantly over the years, our values remain unchanged.
